Booking & Clinical Policies

At Nafi Aesthetics & Academy, we provide elite medical treatments and professional training. To ensure the highest level of service and safety, the following terms apply to all bookings.

1. Booking Fees & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments and training course dates.

  • This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • One reschedule is permitted per booking, provided the 48-hour notice period is met.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled to avoid disrupting other clients, and your deposit will be lost.

  • “No-shows” will be charged the full cost of the service before any future bookings can be made.

4. Refund Policy

  • Treatments: We do not offer refunds on aesthetic treatments. As results vary per individual, we offer a complimentary review within 14 days if adjustments are required.

  • Academy: Training deposits are strictly non-refundable. Once course manuals or online materials have been accessed, the full course fee is non-refundable.
